UK Royal Beasts, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”) makes educational history apps and runs the website ukroyalbeasts.com. This Privacy Policy explains what information our apps and our website handle, and how. In short, our apps collect nothing about you, and our website collects only what you choose to send us.
This policy applies to all UK Royal Beasts, LLC apps on Apple and Android devices, including:

OUR APPS
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information through our apps.
- We do not require accounts, sign-ins, or registration.
- We do not collect names, email addresses, contact details, location data, device identifiers, advertising IDs, or any other personal information.
- We do not use third-party analytics, advertising networks, or tracking technologies.
- We do not share, sell, rent, or trade any information.
DATA STORED ON YOUR DEVICE
Our apps may store the following information locally on your device to provide app functionality:
- Game progress, scores, quiz results, and achievements
- Settings, such as quiz length and audio or display preferences
- Records of in-app purchases you have made
This information remains on your device and is not transmitted to us or any third party. You can delete this data at any time by deleting the app from your device.
IN-APP PURCHASES
Some of our apps offer optional in-app purchases. These are processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We do not receive or have access to your name, payment details, or billing information. Their handling of your purchase is governed by their own privacy policies:
INFORMATION FROM APPLE AND GOOGLE
Apple and Google provide app developers with general statistics, such as download counts and the countries downloads come from, and with crash reports from users who have chosen to share them in their device settings. This information is aggregated or anonymised and does not identify you. We use it only to fix problems and improve our apps.
OUR WEBSITE
Our website collects personal information only when you choose to give it to us.
Contact and support form. When you contact us, we collect the information you enter: your name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, and message. This information is sent to us by email and is not stored on our website. We use it only to answer your question or support request, and we do not add you to any mailing list unless you ask us to.
Mailing list. If you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address and, if you choose, which apps you would like to hear about. We use it to send news and app launch announcements. Our mailing list is run by Mailchimp (Intuit), which stores the list on our behalf. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Embedded videos. Our website shows videos hosted on YouTube, using YouTube’s privacy-enhanced mode. YouTube does not store information about you unless you play a video, at which point its own privacy policy applies.
Cookies, fonts, and security. Our website does not use analytics or advertising cookies. Our pages use fonts from Google Fonts, so when a page loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address. To protect the site from attacks, our hosting provider and our security software automatically record basic technical information, such as IP addresses and browser type.
How long we keep it. We keep contact messages only as long as we need them to help you, and mailing list details until you unsubscribe.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Our apps are suitable for all ages and collect no personal information from anyone, including children. Our website’s contact form and mailing list are intended for adults, such as parents, teachers, and history enthusiasts. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
YOUR RIGHTS
Because our apps collect no personal data, there is nothing in our apps for us to access, correct, or delete. You retain full control of any locally stored app data on your device.
For information you have sent us through our website, you may ask us at any time to:
- Show you what information we hold about you
- Correct it
- Delete it
- Remove you from our mailing list
If you are located in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have these rights under the UK GDPR and GDPR. We use your information to respond to you when you contact us, and with your consent for our mailing list. Your information is processed in the United States.
